R.I.P. Shannen Doherty
Or Ima Platt to us MPI fans in "A Sense of Debt". That same season (just 2 months later) she guested as Phoebe Danner in the other Bellisario show AIRWOLF in "Bite of the Jackal".

After reading her obits, I feel sorry for her. Hollywood made it much more difficult to find her way. Especially as she started her career as a kid.
Sounds to me like her family let her down, as most every life decision she made didn't turn out well.

Wow, sad news. I enjoyed her in the Magnum episode, and 90210 was one of my favorite college shows.

Through the years I mostly just knew her from the tabloids as a "bad girl". You couldn't pay me money to watch any of the shows that made her a star. Not my cup of tea at all. So the MPI episode and the AIRWOLF episode are the only 2 things I ever saw her in. Both as a child/pre-teen.
