Re: Season 3 Episode 6: Tell No One (3.6)
When a wealthy man hires Magnum and Higgins to find his missing wife, they are stunned when a tragedy occurs as a result of their investigation. Kumu's suspicion of her step-daughter's boyfriend creates a divide in their new relationship.

Higgins 2 is no more.
At the end of the episode Higgins and Magnum drive out of the impound yard where one can clearly see the Ferrari plates have been changed back to Robin 2.

The plates have been Robin-2 the entire season except for the one gag in one scene.

Not a super episode. Pretty straightforward with the mystery, pacing was blah (didn't care for the Kumu and Malea scenes). The actor who played the husband was veering into Scooby Doo territory at the end with his, "Well, if you only had a shred of evidence" bit.
Also, the man said he had to hire Magnum because his wife had been missing for less than 24 hours and HPD can't take on a missing person case before then, which is the same plot device used by the writers a few episodes ago when the man was trying to find his daughter (MMA fighter).
The egg thing in the wound was kind of gross and the brother, Frank, getting creamed by the truck was a nasty little moment, but so far the weakest episode of the season in my opinion.

Hi Amian
I too liked the scene where Frank gets hit by truck. It was actually well done...........usually you see a split second where the person gets hit and that's it, but here you see him rolling off the front of the truck too which finishes the shot with some added punch. It's all in the detail.

Agreed! One of the few bright spots in the episode for me. But Frank actually was a pretty bad dude if he was willing to crash his car in the hopes of killing the two passengers. (And why didn't they have their seatbelts on?!)KENJI wrote: ↑Tue Jan 26, 2021 7:40 pmI liked too liked the scene where Frank gets hit by truck.
