Thanks to both of you! That’s a cozy looking place on a fantastic spot. Floating around somewhere, I have an old Architectural Digest that has a story and photos on Selleck’s place in LA. It was an apartment in a high-rise on the West side, if I remember correctly.

Would like to see that if you know the year/month.

I’ll look around a bit and see if I can find it.

Edit:
No need to find it. AD did a From the Archives story a few of years ago and it’s online. The original issue was in February 1988.

Styles, I’m really enjoying the detailed shirt inventory thread you’re doing.

My pleasure P!

I know that section of Black Point is gated so very private for those living there which makes sense for T.S.. I vaguely remember an interview with him where he mentions having some fans trespassing on his property in the late hours, so even a gate on the street didn't stop them.....maybe he should've brought the Dobermans home and let them patrol the area.
I like that the home is still standing after all these years.....some of the homes in that area have been replaced with much larger ones.

In Manetti’s book, he recounts an incident where Selleck had to call the cops because somebody was on his roof in the middle of the night. Very scary. Some folks are just nuts...

I wouldn't be very happy if someone was on my roof in the middle of the night. Poor Eve had it worse at Pahonu. She had many "coconuts" climbing the perimeter wall and invading her private space, that would be terrifying for an older lady on her own! At least in Tom's neighborhood there was a gate down the road so he could enjoy some peace and quiet. Eve had people peeking over the walls and gates of her place daily.

I don’t understand where people get the nerve when you know that is someone’s home. Last time I was on Oahu I went by to get some photos of Agatha’s house. It’s very covered in the front by foliage and it would’ve been better if I had gotten out of the car and walked to and fro and held my camera up past the bushes and gotten different angles, etc., but the idea of doing that absolutely horrifies me. Someone is living there! For God’s sake...
