Need Help Finding Episode!!

Please help me find an episode my coworker was an extra in while active in the Navy. He says it was an episode that took place on a french naval base and there was a sniper. Google was of no help to us. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Kind of close with the description. TM is the sniper and the location is a made up island in French Polynesia.

I concur about Unfinished Business being the episode . . . really stretching it would be Missing in Action but there really weren't any extras when they were at the docks.
