How about a Luther Gillis Smiley?
I mentioned it back in another thread but I was wondering nice again what it would take to get a Luther smiley added to Magnum-Mania?

Re: How about a Luther Gillis Smiley?
Hey LG,
I have no idea on how to create a new smiley.
Sorry, my friend.. maybe another forumite can show me how to do it.. but unfortunately real life is taking me away from Magnum Mania more and more lately.

I can do one over the Christmas break.
Who do I send it to?

I appreciate you making the effort to make one! I would say send it to either Doc or James, or both.Danno wrote:I can do one over the Christmas break.

No worries- will do when I get a chance (which may be a few months- but I will do it).

Looking forward to it. I'm sure it'll be great (do not interpret that as pressure).Danno wrote:No worries- will do when I get a chance (which may be a few months- but I will do it).

Re: How about a Luther Gillis Smiley?
I started Luther a couple years ago and just got back to some final tweaks a few days ago. I'm definitely no graphic artist (or whatever you call someone who makes smileys) and I made Higgins
, however Luther was a bit more challenging. It's hard to capture their personality in a yellow circle with so few pixels! Anyway, here he is...any thoughts/suggestions?

Way to go RG!
Luther looks great......like you said..."It's hard to capture their personality in a yellow circle with so few pixels". I would submit him to Doc ASAP.
Thanks for taking the time to create him!

As the gent who requested said smiley, I commend you on your superb Luther rendition! Limited pixels or no, you managed to perfectly "get" the essence of Luther. Now if only the M-M powers that be will log on and take note of your fine work.Rembrandt's Girl wrote:I started Luther a couple years ago and just got back to some final tweaks a few days ago. Yes, real life and other distractions always seem to get in the way, don't they?
