Two questions: episode numbers, and intro

Hi, all.

I haven't found this info yet, so if it's somewhere, please feel free to point me to that.

First, I remember an episode (and I seem to recall that it is shown in one of the season intros) where Rick is swimming in an old cement pool-like area. I seem to recall that this is near the ocean. Does anyone recognize that episode? If so, what's the ep number?

Another episode number question: I recall an episode where someone (Magnum?) snuck up a canal to the back of someone's house, and he walked right in. It was one of those neat wide-open Hawaiian houses. Does anyone recognize that episode?

Finally, does anyone know the episode numbers of all the scenes in the DVD intros? I recognize many of them and can identify some, but not all:
- the helicopter dropping in altitude
- the helicopter hovering low over the water
- the Ferrari from above (I think this was the pilot)
- shirtless Thomas in his guest house loading a magazine into his pistol
- camo Thomas holding a gun in the jungle
- Navy Thomas reading a document
- Mercedes exploding
- Thomas on phone, ring prominent
- Thomas teaching girl to swim
- Thomas driving off in Ferrari (I'm pretty sure this was the pilot)
- Thomas helping Higgins with exercise
- Higgins, martial arts master
- Higgins firing cannon, Magnum ducking

The list goes on.
