Can someone tell me the name of this episode?

Magnum goes to an area of Hawaii that the locals say is forbidden or cursed or something like that.

Some Hawaiian woman calls Magnum a haole.

Perhaps it's Kapu?

"Magnum is working on a case when he sees a young native Hawaiian girl become an accidental witness to a murder. With the gunman after her, Magnum saves the young woman as they escape by diving into the sea and is injured with a gunshot wound in the process. He regains consciousness several days later on the remote, secluded island of Kapu, after being rescued by a native fisherman from the island, and suffering from a hazy memory of the incident. There is no sign of the girl, and the island natives insist that he was the only one found. Thomas tries to remember the events that lead to him being on the island, but as he tries to uncover the secrets of the island and its people, it begins to seem more and more as if they don't want him to find any answers or to leave."

I’m thinking it’s Dead Man’s Channel (2.2). There is a scene where Tehani stops Magnum as he's driving up in the Ferrari to go diving in the Nihoa Channel (but then Keone attacks)...

Tehani: I see you have diving gear. You refuse to listen.
Magnum: I listen. Maybe sometimes I just don't take good advice.
Tehani: That's the trouble with you haoles.

I realize the storyline of Kapu sounds like the episode that 308 is asking about, but no one calls anyone a haole in that one. The woman taking care of Magnum, Makua Wahine Luka, only calls him by name. I just happened to see that one again yesterday.

By the way, welcome 308! :D

Wow you guys answer fast, thanks, and it's Dead Man's Channel.

After searching the web for MPI episodes and only finding the first season on Hulu, I just discovered the entire 8 seasons on Netflix streaming and wanted to see that episode.
