Check out this helicopter crash when it snags a cable. http://www.chonday.com/Videos/chopersteelrope2 If you watch closely the pilot is almost thrown from the chopper, but his harness appears to have done its job. Everyone on the ground was also VERY lucky!!!
I found HIG on the belly of the chopper to be interesting for obvious reasons.

Crazy footage. Everyone on the ground seems surprisingly well composed right afterwards given the situation!
