my favorite Oahu pic!

#1 Post by Higgins (aka Bondtoys) »

I am having this on my desktop and absolutely love it!

Image

The original image is 35Million pix - there is no photoshopping!
It was the most beautiful day that I could imagine the only backdraw was, that we both suffered a foodpoisoning with a horrible night before that day.

You can see rabbit island from "the other side", TC's pad in the background and the street heading to the eastate.
If you watch the mountains on the left, you may understand, why Mrs. Anderson's tidal wall is mostly in the shadow.
The mountains catch the more or less every cloud and these darken the sun that shines on the estate beach.

Hope that you enjoy it as much as I do!

Beautiful shot, I just made it my desktop by going into the display icon in my control panel.

.....food poisoning sucks, I got it a half dozen times in my lifetime and can vividly recall each bout, unfortunately the bad memories last forever.

Thanks for sharing the pic.

I'm loving all these pics! I have a couple to share, but can't take credit...I just came across them recently.

I've never seen Rabbit Island/Manana up close before, nor from the other side...

I have this one set as my desktop. I just love the afternoon shadows of the Estate's palms!
