A few years ago I was seriously flirting with a 1983 308. You realise quickly though that you're not going to own the car- it's going to own you- and you're buying into a lifestyle of car maintenance more than anything else.
Even if you can find one with a full service history, the associated expense of keeping one is significant and you'll need a lot tawdry divorce cases to pay the way!
