Just watching the Yankees and the Phillies in a preseason game. Ad came on for Coldwell Banker, narrated by Tom Selleck! Like most fans know, his dad was an executive with them for many years(38)! Read where he told his mother, that he "was at last in the family business'!

I've heard this commercial for a while now. Always an easy voice for me to pick out.
