I was at a store today called 'Periodicals Paradise' looking for an old magazine. I saw a bunch of old Mad Magazines, so I started looking through them, trying to find the Magnum issue(and the Mike Hammer issue). Didn't find those , but I got the, Hill Street Blues and Miami Vice issues. The Hill St. issue, #231, has a short note, and a great photo from Tom Selleck in the 'Letters Dept'. The 4 main guys are all reading the issue(the one with the Magnum parody). Thomas, Higgins, and Rick all have big smiles! TC is looking very unhappy! Aloha

Oh yea. Not TC. I meant Roger E. Mosley who plays TC, is from south central el lay.

This is sad, but I just got this laptop last year(first one), and I can still barely do this! I haven't even got a printer yet! Going to look today! Aloha

I went ahead and hunted down the photo myself (see below).

And while James has posted the Magnum Mad Magazine parody (provided by Tralfaz) back in 2007, I thought I'd make the entire issue available on Scribd.

Here's issue 227 (December 1981, with the Magnum parody).
Here's issue 231 (June 1982, with the cast photo)

I'll send James the PDFs and maybe he can make them easier to access.
