Magnum's Tanker Holster

#1 Post by strongtower6114 »

Does anyone know what tanker holster was used? Or have a picture of Magnum wearing it? Thanks

I thought TM usually just tucked in the back of his pants. Inside the belt.

Well, sure. When he's dudded up in cammo for a "mission" he's got the holster but most of the time he's wearing civilian clothes and packing heat to check out a "situation" around town. :)

That's odd. If I'm not mistaken, JJ's second screen grab above was from 'Solo Flight.' Wonder why he decided to take his gun when he was just going for a climb up the mountain to be alone and think?

A lot of those holsters are cheap asian imported crap. I got 1 from Charlies Surplus out of Shotgun News ad, he says it's made in the USA by a government contractor. You really need to wet mold it to whatever gun you are going to use it with.

I could be wrong, but dont belive he's wearing his gun/holster during solo flight..I remember his field gear and trench knife...but don't think his 45 is with him. Have to go recheck.
It made me do it Higgins!!!

I don't see a gun in that second screen cap . . . looks to me like a canteen or a portion of his pack showing.

Yeah, you're right. It's not a gun holster. My bad. Not sure what I was seeing there! :)

Good one JJ!! :P

Haha I thought it looked like one with that screen grab as well. Makes more sense now. Either that or TM was really paranoid on his mountain hikes! ;)

Well, he was just recently on the run from a Mexican Mafia King. And what if he runs into some angry cannabis growers, or stumbles into "Kapu" terretory? If I was him, I'd bring a gun on my hikes! Maybe not the .45, but certainly the Walther PPK in an ankle holster at the very least. ;)
