I wonder if they would allow a reporter from "Pug Fancy" into the estate to take some photos......of the dogs, of course!

As you can imagine, there are still fanatical fans who try to access her property, surely convinced that Tom Selleck will appear any minute.
Come on! Nobody thinks that! True fanatical fans would be expecting Higgins and the Lads to appear! ;)

I've always wondered what the organizers would do if one of the owners showed up in the infamous jungle bird shirt and shorts above the knees. I would like to think that Ms. Anderson has relaxed and would simply chuckle and it's the organizers that are anal about Magnum references........

Wow, more rules than a nude volleyball tournament! I love the one about no dogs in heat! "Off the leg, off the leg" LOL

Just how old is Ms. A?

Indeed! They know nothing about the show, those organisers!
Anyway, I think that lady will just have to live with the fact that the property will always be interesting for Magnum fans.
After all, I am sure she made a few dollars from the hire of her estate to the production team. You can't have all this dosh for nothing, a few fans wanting to see the property in real life is a small price to pay, in my opinion.

I am not too deep into Mrs. Anderson's finances.

My feeling is, that the family had enough funds, that they where not depending on the $$ paid from the production company.

IMO, it's a great thing, that they have gained access to the estate, without it, MPi would not be half that magic like it is.

I for my part would do everything to support Mrs. Anderson that she keeps the property as long as possible and not to reduce her motivation on cash, which has been earned some 30 yrs. ago.

:D now I wonder, what exactly ARE the rules for a nude volleyball tournament?

I guessed, that the only rule would be: no knickers

Well...for one thing, it could be quite painful to play too close to the net.
