This Question has Been Troubling Me For Years.

What was the Name of Person Who Developed the Training Program that Higgins used to Teach Zeus and Apollo the Slight Hand Gesture Commands? i.e. The Very Slight Pulling of his (Higgins) moustache to instruct the Lads to Growl & Bear their Teeth to Magnum. Higgins Mentions the Developer's Name Whils trying to Tell an Uninterested Thomas About it. Also...If I could Get the Season and Episode information I would be very greatful. Thank You!

Higgins uses it in the episode "Innocence...a Broad" and it was the eighth season.

Higgins calls it the "Forbes-Davies Silent Sentry System". I could be wrong, but I believe it's made-up.
