During the course of the show, did Magnum ever appear cleanshaven? Or with a beard?

I always found it odd that after getting tanked on the beach he would then hop in ferrari and take a drive through honolulu. Just a weird thing I think of when i watch it

Actually weird indeed. This were my first thoughts when watching the episode as well. I'd have parked the ferrari somewhere inside Higgy's flowerbeds after this at best

However to come back on topic, my personal 80th finally fell into pieces in '97 when Selleck played the beardless homosexual in "In&Out"...

No. But Tom Selleck shaved his stache off for a couple movies in the early 90's. He definetly looked better when he grew it back!

I know, he could have rented the space between his upper lip and nose as a billboard it looked so barren!

Don't forget in "Did You See The Sunrise?" T.C. and TM both had full beards while they were "guests" of Ivan.
