I've been away as well. What a great development! I'm hoping this yields some goodies for those who want them!

People, people, people!!

You have a volunteer here to GO OVER THERE, meet with CM, and look at this stuff.

Remember I'm leaving for there in less than two weeks -- September 10.

James, what can I do to help?

UPDATE

It may be several more weeks before I get some pics of the stuff in storage. "CM" is waiting until he/she starts the process of moving out of Oahu (must be out by 10/31 at the latest). "CM" says that the storage is VERY tight and all the Magnum stuff is buried in the back. In order to get to the back, you have to clear out the front.

I know, I know. It could just be "stall" tactics. But again, in talking with the person, I still think it's legit. I'm holding out hope *crosses fingers*.

golf, If I hear back from "CM" (that he/she is starting to go through the storage) before you leave, I'll let you know. And thanks for the offer.

Bring this one back to the top...

I hope that no matter what the seller does he might be willing to give us first crack at whatever he decides to sell.....

The latest news on this topic was revealed in the "MGI Has Died and Gone to Heaven" thread. Check this out. "CM" and the "Treasures" are definitely real. :)

v8,

Don't feel too bad. "We" basically DID get a look at (and pictures of) everything he had available at this point in time. We just need someone there in late October/early November to see the "rest" of the stuff. I may be able to go back, depending on when he has it available. We're just in a waiting game right now.
