N1095A Relocating!!

#1 Post by N1095A »

I just got back from a week's vacation in Port Charlotte FL. I flew back alone because the Mrs. wants to move there. Her and her sister are looking for houses while I am here in Pennslvania tying up loose ends. Looks like I'll be making the move some time in mid to late October, once our lease on the house we're renting is up. She got busy this past week, and landed two part-time jobs. interesting how life changes, sometimes just that quickly.

Thanksmuch!
There's a place down there that's 20 minutes away called Boca Grande. Homes there are way outa reach, around $1m. But the beaches are public, and the water is an awsome turquoise color. If I'm not at work, I'll either be there or in the pool. I was walking the beach hoping to find a tidal pool, but no luck.

Congratulations.........I consider the Gulf side of Florida 'paradise" as the sunsets are absolutely spectacular. When you get all moved and settled, have a nice cool one for me while watching the sun set into the Gulf......

It'll be nice when I get there. Right now it's a logistics nightmare. Thanks for the thoughts

I'd love to be what you are doing right now. Congrats! I know you will love it once you settle in and aclimate to your surroundings.

That's a big move N. I've always loved the west coast of Florida. Hope you have a smooth transition. Check back in after you've set up the Port Charlotte MPI "base of operations". ;)
