Everything was tongue-in-cheek. This is all silly anyway. And, everyone has a slightly different opinion of what qualifies as b*tchy. Its all in fun.
You are right. Some of the ladies were really bad and evil and others are just a little off-kilter.
We need to do a male version of this called, "Which male character was the biggest zero?" or something to that effect. I would vote for Clyde from Hotel Dick. What a snivelling jerk!

Mioshi Osawa was pretty high up on the evil scale.
That woman was downright scary.
The Reardons had to be two of the most irritating females on the face of the planet.
Overall, gotta give my vote to Mioshi.

As many here have I've watched that episode a hundred times and the final scene still gives me shivers. Classic, classic MPI. That scene alone should have won a special Emmy for tv writing. Talk about being way ahead of its time.
