Anyone up for MPI trivia?

For all non-episode specific topics about the show, including MPI-related "tie-ins"

You are correct.
I was having a heck of a day yesterday Tralfaz.First I posted it in "Shocking Flubs" then I posted the wrong picture. This is the pic I meant to post.

By the age of the pic,it eliminates a lot of people. In this second pic,I thought I might get Sylvia Sidney from "Birdman of Budapest"

LOL! Love the avatar Tralfaz! It's the long lost ninth Dharma station, "The Mag"!

Regarding your question, it's been 20 years man .... 20 years! I'll know the answer in a couple of weeks, though. ;)

James
I thought the same thing when I read Tralfaz's question.
Just wait another week or so and I can answer that question.
Maybe someone will get it by then.
good luck

What about all the people here (there are a couple, aren't there?) who have all the episodes on videotape?

I did have this one on tape, but I accidentally taped over it!  I spent two hours yesterday fast-forwarding through about 15 tapes trying to find it. Tigers Fan and Somewhere in Time are the only ones I still have from Season 8. (and in the search I found Little Girl Who and Paper War, so I plan to watch them again today)

We GOTTA get Sleuth to air more than the first three seasons! But maybe that's all they bought, I guess. Cheapskates . . . .

I used to have a bunch of episodes on tape, until someone stolen them from me (along with a bunch of other stuff) when I was living in a "group house" in college. :(

Well that sound means were out of time...

In the interest of moving the thread forward I will pose a new question.

Name 2 episodes that mention the assasination of Sadat.

Correct, Both Ivan and Geoffery are suggested to have been involved.

What episode do we see Higgins giving Thomas his River Kwai Bridge as a gift?
What does Thomas give Higgins in return?

1) Mad Dogs and Englishmen

2) He doesn't give him anything, but wants to. Higgins said that his friendship is enough.

OK,

In Luther Gillis, File #001 we're treated to the Higgins/Elmo show again, as well as Luther Gillis in a cowboy bar.

There is another familiar face in that bar, who is he?

(Actor name, not character name).

This probably isn't the answer you are looking for, but Gary Grubbs (Dexter) is a "familiar face". The guy has appeared in all sorts of TV shows over the years. He's one of those guys that you can instantly recognize, but never know his name. ;)

He's "THAT guy".

LOL

No, this will be someone who should be instantly identifiable as being associated with Magnum PI.

This'll be a toughie because you'd have to see the episode in order to get it. I just saw the episode and was like "Whoa that's XXXXXX. Didn't know he was in this one"

As a semi hint, he was uncredited.
