Help with picture of cast...

Hello all... I was in Oahu last week and stopped at the Aloha Swap Meet. I found a guy selling this photo which is printed on a thick cardboard-ish paper stock and measures 16x20. The photographer is Budd Thuener and is signed in the lower right corner honolulu 1982. I can't ever recall an episode where they were all dressed up like this, can anyone shed light on this photo?

I believe the episode is "Of Sound Mind" from Season 3.
