What kind of Scotch does Magnum & Higgins drink?

Do any of you Magnum Maniacs drink Scotch?

What kind of Scotch do you prefer :?:

I believe in the episode "Faith and Begorrah", Higgins ask the bartender for Glenlivet, if I'm not mistaken.
...and that, as they say, is the hell of it.

Can't reply on the Higgins scotch, but I personally prefer Glenfarclas Cask Strength presently.

No ice or water added.

I was a Black Label guy until I had to switch to the clear alcohols about 20 years ago (Nothing but Grey Goose now). I still miss having a really good Scotch when having a steak dinner but I just feel it too much the next day............

Hey Steve,

Try Chopin vodka. It's from potatoes, not grain. Real nice earthy flavor and makes a great dirty martini.

My favorite is Glen Fiddich on the rocks - having one now!

I'm going to have to try Chopin. Of the premium vodkas I have done Kettle One, Belvedere, Van Gogh, Ultimat and a few I don't recall that forced on me by bartenders........

The Grey Goose is an excellent vodka. I usually drink tequilla when I drink hard liquor.

If you're just getting into scotch whisky (no "e" in scotch whisky. Yes, I'm a snob about that.) start with The Balvenie DoubleWood. It's a 12 year single malt that is a million times better than Dewars White Label or any blended selection but won't break your bank. For the money it is nearly impossible to beat. Different tastes not withstanding.

Highly recommended. I just finished a bottle last weekend and need to pick more up myself.

Mmmmm...
