Story from a new owner of a '78 308

#1 Post by Styles Bitchley »

Hey all,

I'm a regular visitor to a vintage car website that recently posted a review by a guy who purchased a '78 308 in UNspectacular condition (the sale was also featured on the site). You can read the feedback (complete with Mangum references) on the Bring a Trailer website.
"How fiendishly deceptive of you Magnum. I could have sworn I was hearing the emasculation of a large rodent."

On my list, too.

LOVE shopping for one, but have never been able to pull the trigger.

Imagine, though - Cold winter's night in Montana (where I live), heated garage, Fig Newtons, milk, Tigers hat on head Season 4 in the dvd player...

*sigh*

He slammed the engine lid too hard and the drivers side brake light cover fell off.........I wonder if a dwarf and a sumo wrestler were also involved.....LOL!
