Clue time:

It can be seen in the background as TC and Nuzo are driving back to TC's house in 'Did You See the Sunrise.' From memory TM also drives past it in 'The Eighth Part of the Village'

I'll give another clue soon, but it will probably make it a dead give away so I'll hold off a bit longer...

I think I'm getting close!

I think the 1st. word is VIETNAM, the 2nd is VETERANS, the 3rd I thought was Memorial, but the letters didn't work (darn it) and the 4th. WALL.
