There was a follow up cross over on Simon & Simon (only Higgins though) as the second part of the Magnum story.
I think they did that with Murder, She Wrote too (one part of the cross over was on Magnum and the other part on Murder She Wrote)

I loved Simon & Simon as well. MPI and S&S were my Thursday nights. Although S&S was also a favorite, I never felt the closeness of kinship if you will, as I did with MPI.

By far my Favorite of the cross-overs, I just wish they had a cross over with the Fall Guy . That would been awesome
Magnum, feed the lads, would you? There are steaks in the freezer. Yes you can have one too.

The Magnum-Fall Guy "mini-crossover".

I agree 100% with this. I love S&S and the Fall Guy and a few other shows But MPI had a certain type of quality to the show that made you feel like you were apart of the inner circle of friends, I loved that about this show
