Yeah, that was a tough one. It's "Basket Case".
Higgins was recounting his time at the Battle of Monte Cassino (WWII) to Willie. He and Lt. Carlton Houghtailing were pinned down by sniper fire for 16 days in an abandoned mushroom cellar. They ate nothing but mushrooms, which caused deleterious effects for Lt. Houghtailing; by the sixth day he had forgotten his own name, by the tenth he was convinced they were Julius Caesar and Mark Antony. LOL!
Hint #1 is this guy...

Hint #2 is William Schallert (Bob), who was in In the Heat of the Night.
Whoever wants to go next, please feel free.

Higgins: It's not a scratch! It's a bloody gouge!

Good quote, James. Basket Case has a lot of interesting nuances in it...but I ALWAYS forget to think about it.
And...BTW...I LOVE this "silly game"!! So either you're NOT completely nuts, Carmen, or I am too!!
Since nobody has pitched a quote yet...how about this one. From what I'm coming to think is my very most favorite episode.
TM: And so, Lily Catherine, even though I know you will never read this, I needed to write you to tell you I once did something that I think would have made you...proud.
