If it's not in the multi-screen scene, it's got to be in the Cafe 80s. I don't think there's any other places in BTTF2 that would be possibilities. Likely it was cut but still was referenced.

I looked at the Cafe 80s scene and there are indeed a few shots from Magnum P.I., mostly the opening sequence.

On the wall of TVs - 2nd column, 3rd row - you can see the opening sequence clip where the chopper dives down (seen in the screenshot below), then the flying above the ocean waves, the Ferrari driving, Magnum loading his gun, and Magnum walking in the jungle. Then, not from the opening sequence, I caught a glimpse of the guest house kitchen area. At 18:06 Magnum can be seen walking down the guest house stairs (inside).

Here's the first I saw of it, at 15:55, just before Griff (not Biff) comes in
