I think you guys need a bigger place.This property is just down the street from TS.House is tiny but plenty of room.

Down the street? Down the street? We want to be right next door!! Besides, if we buy this place, you'll have to come in with us, Sam, because it's more than THREE times as much!!

I guess it never occurred to me that a house payment could be $232,000...

I don't think we can handle that much, Sam.
We're still trying to come up with $15,000,000.
I feel the same way Agatha.
If I'm going to pay that much for an avocado ranch, I want to be next door.

We need to get someone close by to go check out our investment.

"Magnum Avocados" is good, sophia, but it doesn't have that "ring" to it. How about "Raised Eyebrows Avocados"? Nah. Still thinking......

Totally missed the boat with this.I thought this was from Season Two " Dream a Little Dream" but now I see you're serious.Okay,I'm in,put me down for 20-25 per month...but only for the Jillie Mack factor.....PS..I don't do dishes.

BTW, about the ranch-thing, I think Tom Selleck often wondered about that in interviews himself, guess he was told it is a Ranch when he bought it, he often tried to explain, but it always came out a bit lame

but they do have horses, maybe that makes a place a Ranch. Oh, can we have some horses?? I`ll work in the stables!!

I think your right about the dream part.

I would like to be in charge of the avocados. I don't know a thing about them, but I'm willing to learn if Tom would teach me.
It's the neighborly thing to do, don't you think?

I think we're on a roll, here!! And I think...especially since we've decided to diversify...that "ranch" is the correct term. Do we know how many bedrooms Jamie Fox has?

I could be the gardener. So I could grow our salsa ingredients and the hops that IKnowWhatYourThinking will need for his Coops. How about this? We'll have a barn for the horses...I think golf likes horses, too, so she can help Carmen when she comes to visit...unless she wants in, too. If we're short bedrooms in the house, we could have living quarters in the loft for Carmen and her family. Then we'll need a brewery...with living quarters for IKnowWhatYourThinking and his family. I also think we'll need a barn for our "farming" equipment. I'd be happy with a loft apartment in that barn. Oh, yes...and, Sam? Your $25 a month could buy you a stall in Carmen's barn.

I think Dreaming a Little Dream is fun!

My thought is that Tom would not only help sophia with our avocados, he'd probably be willing to help Carmen with our horses and IKnowWhatYoureThinking drink some of his beer! He impresses me as a very neighborly guy!! And Jillie can visit with Sam while Tom's working.

Okay, so I came in a little late on this..... Put me down for oh, say $100 per month. I'm good with horses as well as planting/taking care of trees. Also, great with vegetable gardens; need someone to keep an eye on those tomato plants
