CRUCIAL CONVERSATIONS (So much great dialogue in this one!)

Magnum: We lost the war, Buck, it was over.
Buck: That war’s never over.

Michelle: You would never have left Vietnam without me, would you?
Magnum: No. [pause] Just tell me something. Why are you seeing me now? Why open up my guts and have me bleeding all over the floor?
Michelle: Because I love you. Thomas. I love you more than anything in this worid.

Magnum: Higgins, look, I promise I'll explain it all to you later. Right now, I just need your help, no questions asked.
Higgins: Right. What do you want me to do?

Magnum: You want him to think she's an agent, maybe The Tiger.
Buck: What do you know about The Tiger?
Magnum: Not much. But you're gonna brief me.
Buck: I can't do that, Tom.
Magnum: Oh, shucks, Buck. Why not?
Buck: Rules are rules.
Magnum: Yeah. An eye for an eye is my favorite one.

Magnum: Rick and T.C. headed into Little Saigon to see if they could plain luck out and spot Michelle before she met the General and Col Ki. And I was driving to where I prayed she would be. The scary part of all this was that Buck was right. Deep down inside that little black box we all carry around was hiding a scared little man ready to kill just to be loved. I had to find Michelle. Not just to save her, but to save me.

Higgins: Right. What do you want me to do?

I know this is only part of the dialogue but that was one of the best scenes in the series, and some versions cut it entirely. It wasn’t on the Starz version, it’s not on the iTunes version. But it’s on my DVDs.

It's a great scene! Fantastic ending to a fantastic episode! Very somber ending.
