My 2 cents worth -
The show's ratings will almost certainly be better next season because they will pick up most of the Hawaii 5-0 fans who have been tuning in fridays for the last 11 years
for their Hawaii adventure fix. It would make sense to grab some of the 5-0 cops for Magnum junior as a lure. Like the 2 cop babes who appeared this year.
Maybe even Scott Caan as a nemesis for the Magnum-Higgins PI firm. What then of Sung Kang as Detective Gordon Katsumoto? Let him get fired as a result of his
ties to Magnum, as a recompense he joins the PI agency as it's head partner, allowing him to function as the original Higgins did in Magnum Classic.
On the other hand what do I know, it's a long way to Hollywood from Jersey.

It’s a great time to be a Magnum PI fan ! We had two new episodes to watch tonight and a new season to look forward to next fall (? ) . We also have the 80’s version on Hallmark channel and the Charge. Both of these networks are giving the old show much better treatment then Cozi has in recent years .
Looking forward to season 3 and hoping we get the return appearances from some of are favorite guest stars .
