Jay said at Comic-Con that the actor from the original show will appear in reboot. I bet it's going to be Larry.

I also heard him say in one of the interviews that one of the iconic Hawaiian shirts (red jungle bird?)will make an appearance in a future show and it won't be just thrown in but as he put it, it will be earned.........
