Does anyone here have any of Magnum's habits? For example, I love Fig Newtons, I smoke cigars, I love baseball, and I think most of us drink beer. Anything you guys do that is Magnumesque?

Only thing I have that is close to TM's habit is...getting in, getting out, then getting back in the Navy.
Oh, and driving a bitchin' car.
That's about it.

Coops, I just took the getting out path myself. I had some good times, but I couldn't see myslef as a lifer. I also think my car is pretty cool (2005 'Stang), but it is still no 308.

As Higgins said to Thomas in The Elmo Ziller Story:
I did it because you have more dumb luck than anyone I know.
(BTW, James, I think this line should be added in the quotes section for both Elmo Ziller and Primo categories. It does kinda sum up the view everyone has of TM.)
I tend to fall into that category. If that can be considered a habit.
Aside from that, I drink beer (not Coors, but I like the think Dinckel Acker Dark is comparable to Old Dusseldorf), love baseball, wear shorts shorter than current style (though not Magnum short) have a closet of Hawaiian shirts and yes, I listen to my little voice.

Hmm...seems like a mostly guy topic, but here it goes.
I frequently find myself in situations that could be helped by the phrase, "let me explain".
I drive a fast car. (Use that "let me explain" here, too

)
Beer is good, but not with the fast car.

Well.....I still wear a mustache, do have wavy hair (albeit grey!) don't drive a Ferrari but do have a Vette and a Motorcycle, wear Hawaiian Shirts as much as I can, love Baseball but am a White Sox, Cubs and Minnesota Twins fan (just rode to Iowa to see The Field Of Dreams Baseball Field)

I have the "live and let live" attitude that Magnum proclaims in
Black on White, while my wife encompasses the Higgins structured attitude which has a tendency to as she says "work her last nerve"........LOL...........

For a long time I stayed at someone else's estate, basically rent free, drove the car, and took stuff from the refrigerator all the time.
Oh wait, that was my parents' house

LOL!
Hhhmm, let's see...fig newtons, baseball, occasional beer, milk and cookies, pizza, good friends who I can count on for anything. It seems I
reeeeeeeeally have the diet down pat!
Hawaiian shirts, cigars (once upon a time), swimming, running (like the beer-occasionally). I think alot of these are just guy things though. I'd like the car, but I'm sorta like Magnum was in the beginning with a used bug (might as wel be at least).

I've also noticed that since I've been married I've had to preface my explanations to my wife with, "I know what you're thinking..." more than I ever did when I was single.
