Magnum Mania!

Actress Dana Wynter, who guest starred on two Magnum P.I. episodes, season two's Double Jeopardy as Olivia Ross and season three's Foiled Again as Velma Troubshaw, died on May 5, 2011.

Interesting that both her MPI shows dealt with rigged devices; a prop hand pistol in Double Jeopardy and a fencing foil in Foiled Again.

I had a huge crush on Miss Wynter when I was a child. I first took notice of her in a McMillan and Wife episode, The Man Without a Face, which was an international intrigue story.

RIP Dana Wynter! A beautiful lady and a fine, fine actress. Her two Magnum appearances were her last appearances on a television series.

I now simply must watch Invasion of the Body Snatchers again.

I'm glad to find out I'm not the only one that found her to be the epitomy of class and sexiness. The scene in Double Jeopardy when she and TS are reading lines always gets me hot. God Speed Ms Wynter..............
