Here's an old People article that mentions T.S.'s interest in volleyball.

Tom is on the cover of the November/December issue of Cowboys & Indians magazine and there's a short interview. There are some cool pictures, but no real news. Here's a link to a preview: http://themagazine.cowboysindians.com/- ... ?el=112337

The photo of him is just awesome! It looks like the real Tom Selleck. Looks like he’s at his ranch...he appears so genuinely happy!

A funny radio interview with TS from 3 days ago.....well TS is funny -- ignore the dumb conversation in the beginning and hang in there, TS does finally join in. He talks about Movember and his avocado ranch. I had no idea it was dead!!!

And here's another one from yesterday, November 10, 2016, on The View. No, I'm not a stalker...actually 308GUY tipped me off to this one (thankX!
)
Interesting note, he mentions that he just had hand surgery but there's no explanation why. Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8mVqigqQF4

Re: The Tom Selleck Thread
I was actually home and was going thru my guide channel and saw that he was going to be on. Tom has guts to on to that show after the election and after Whoopie opened with one of her rants about the election outcome and whether or not she was one of the celebrities that had stated they were going to leave the country. Not a political statement on my part but it would be nice if a few more celebrities would take Tom's stance of staying neutral as all you do is make one half of the country mad whichever candidate they are supporting (or in Tom's case, neither)............Rembrandt's Girl wrote:And here's another one from yesterday, November 10, 2016, on The View. What a great interviewthat is! Thanks for posting it. It's interesting that they mention Monte Walsh (the original starred Lee Marvin, BTW), which is about the death of the Old West, and then further along in the interview Tom laments the difficulty in getting a western film produced because others feel there isn't any interest there.

TS is narrating once again, and this one sounds fantastic! We're coming up on the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, and this article says that this documentary will air on PBS throughout the U.S. If I find that it gets posted online, I'll be sure to provide a link! Also, a nice mention of Roger in the article...

What a fantastic project.
So glad to know there are those that understand the need to do these type things and have the means, motivation and wherewithal to get them done.
Would sure like to be there for the debut, but I'm sure I'll see it at some point. I hope everybody does.
“The window is closing now,’’ says Gray. “We need to preserve these stories so that future generations understand we are who we are because of the sacrifice and courage of the World War II generation.’’
That quote from the article says it all, as far as why this is so important.
The past lives in the past, but I think it's imperative to know where we came from in order to truly appreciate where we are now.
Can't think of ANYBODY better to do the narration either!
Thanks for posting RG........you're a gem to be sure!
