With all of the recent posts with links to Tom's voice over work, and National Geographic Channel just showing "Kingdom of the Blue Whale" also narrated by TS, it got me to thinking of how when Magnum, p.i. first burst on the scene many folks would comment on Tom Selleck's voice not fitting the person. Well, funny how things have come full circle with Tom doing so many voice overs now and, has actually become my favorite narrator taking away my top pick of Peter Coyote. I'm thinking all of the years of having Tom do the narration on Magnum truly endeared his voice into the mind of the public........

It's amazing how close the ATT predictions were; not all of them, of course. Putting myself back in 1993, it would have been reassuring to hear TS's voice in the ad.
