I just can't break his heart -- somebody else tell him (and give him the youtube link -- I can't find it right now).

I did that Magnum thing last year so it will have to be something new this year. Although, I will probably have a game that night so I won't be able to participate in the festivities. Maybe I can leave the game in my referee's uniform?

I got this as a gift last year . . . my wife laughed because there's nothing in there I could use!

Mustache? got it
Tigers cap? got it
Hawaiian shirt? got many!

Basically, it's what I look like on weekends.

Which, I admit, can be troubling.

I have the VM02 / Da Nang hat, but feel uncomfortable wearing it out. I wasn't there, so it's a little wierd.

As for the Ron Perelman look alike next to me (the other jerk), that's my buddy Gordo.

Thanks! We saw that and almost made a skidding stop knowing we had to take a picture. The jerk pork was pretty good too!

I know what you mean. I have a "USS Enterprise" hat and a "US Cavalry" hat. I did not serve myself, but support all things military. I do not wear these hats anymore because I am too embarassed to admit that 1.) I did not serve in the US Navy and 2.) I did not serve in the US Cavalry. I have had to make both explanations.

Guys, I wouldn't feel bad about wearing those hats even if you didn't serve. I think , if nothing else, it shows your support for the military and the people that did serve appreciate it! I served in the Navy on a destroyer, but that does not stop me from owning a few Navy SEAL t shirts. I'd never tell anyone I was a Navy SEAL so I don't see anything wrong with wearing those shirts.

Funny, My wife says I could put together a better MPI costume than the one that's out there. I have a mustache that I'd have to dye black, I also have the Jesse Stone type goatee, but I digress. I have the al's cap, Tigers cap, and VM02 cap, the belt and buckle, Watch, bracelet and ring. No Hawaiian shirts, but I do have the safari and collarless white dress shirts, no short shorts, but no one wants to see that anyway
"But Higgins, I can explain."

I know that costume they sale on a lot of sites isn't very good. I think the posters on here could throw together an ensemble that would put most costumes to shame.
