40th Anniversary Watch Party

#1 Post by T.Q. »

We should do it.

Watch the series episodes as they aired.

12/11/1980 on 12/11/2020

Will take 7.5 years but maybe motive some of us to stay alive until 2028.

Knocking my rubber chicken or my sloppy habits is within the rules, but you're attacking my character. I would like to think you don't mean that.

That's a great idea actually. One episode every week that the original aired on. Then a brief little review of your experience with the episode (posted either on that episode's forum page or a separate thread started specifically for this watch-along, preferably the latter).

This be the thread then?

We might not have anything new to say per se but might be fun. See something new. Remind us of childhood stories. Better times. Etc.

Let's get the party started! :magnum: Got my $2 bill in my wallet....can't find my rubber chicken ATM, maybe I'll look under my pillow!

No "Old Düsseldorf in a long neck" but brandy/cognac will do.

Each in their own way enjoy the trip down memory lane. Some things just never get "old" for me.....Magnum, PI is one of those things. :geek:

I’m planning on watching tonight after dinner. I didn’t look ahead to what day the 11th was, but I kind of like that it’s Friday. Nice way to the end the week.
