I always thought, it´s well known that TS owns the Dean Martin (Avocado) Ranch.
Well, i found this interesting article:

I agree with you that it's well known T.S. purchased D.M.'s old place, but I did find the details around Dean's time at the ranch new and interesting.
I didn't know one of the Beach Boys' album covers was taken at the ranch or that the place contains a vault door. The gunslinger story brought a smile to my face...that poor maid!
