Did You See The Sunrise? No, it's raining here, but...

Got up this morning, turned on the TV, and on Encore Classics, is Magnum, "Did You See The Sunrise?" They call it a two-parter now, but when it premiered, on Sept 30. 1982(my birthday), it was the 2-hour season premiere! And 2 days before that , on Sept 28, "The Shadow Riders" premiered! It was a good week! Now I'm in the kitchen this morning, doing dishes, making coffee, etc. I can here the show in the background. And without even thinking about it, I'm hearing the voices, and picturing the scene, exactly in my head! Luau Louie's,the Ferrari exploding, Magnum pushing Col Greene up against the wall in the hospital, Mac's body lying there! Magnum walking home on the beach, running into Higgins! It was all so clear! So many memories from Magnum. From the show and life! Without even trying, it will always be a part of me!
