Hi Guys,

At the 16:32 mark Rick identifies himself as "Inspector Bennett, National Transportation Safety Board Unit 11". Moments later Rick says to the two guys on the boat that he is from "Unit 12".
"It is the prerogative of the rich to arrive when, and if, they see fit."

That whole episode is a flub.
