Single-sided Disks/ Best Buy Sale of MPI DVDs

A few weeks ago, I was in Boston for a Red Sox game and had some time to kill. I went into Best Buy and noticed that EVERY season of Magnum, P.I. Was on sale for $9.99
A few days later, I went to the Best Buy website, and saw that it was for sale online, too. I also noticed that there's two versions of the first two seasons. There's a six disk set of S1 &S2 (separate sets, not S1&2 bundled) that have NOT been released yet. I forget the exact date, but it's in July. Those aren't $9.99 but are under $30
Edited to add: July 3rd is the release date. $24.99 is the sale price. I haven't checked amazon yet, but Best Buy has 11 Magnum DVD sets for sale. The original 8 seasons, the best of collection, and the six disk sets of S1 & S2. I'm pretty sure these are single- sided!
