I hope nobody here paid $255.00 for a "replica" magnum military shirt on e-bay.
Here is the description :"WELCOME BIDDERS: Up for auction is this very unique prop replica shirt. It is a long sleeved Viet Nam era slant pocket shirt that has the correct name badge, correct od green seal trident patch and the correct collar tabs to match Magnum's rank. This particualr shirt was seen in at least 2 episodes of Magnum and screen caps show the episodes. It is a size LG/Reg and is a very unique item to add to your collection. I will be selling some other interesting and unique Magnum PI items as well as some other items. Please check out those auctions as well. THanks again for looking.

If some body here did buy it, why, what am I missing? :?

Yeah, I don't get it. The same guy has other "stuff' as well, also replica's. I always thought the value was in the prominence.

I'm the same guy lol and all I can say is there's a huge market for Magnum PI and other 80's tv stuff over in the European market. I always start out with what I have in the item and then if I get that, I get my money back and sometimes there's a bidding war. I never mislabel anything as they're all replicas and not the actual item used in the series. The shirt for example is a fairly high military collectiable as it was a genuine Viet Nam era slant pocket shirt in VERY good condition and they can get pretty expensive on their own, then the green subdued navy seal trident patch is also fairly pricey seen it go from $15 to $30 itself. It's supply and demand as well, I don't have several of these items and alot of people dont want to hunt and track everything down to make the shirt, all the work is done for them and all they have to do is buy and display it. Then again I have a comic book collection worth over $2,400 but would be lucky to get $300 due to the era and amount out there of the same item.

Well more power to you. But really, $255.00 had to even surprise you?
