Someone is designing floor plans from t.v. shows from the 50's to today.
One of them is the Guest House TM used!

I could see the price if you were actually going to build a guest house replica, However they don't let you blow up the photos large enough to see how accurate they are.
I'm just sitting here wondering how much it would cost to build.

I meant the bedroom closet. My bad. I thought it was at the foot of his bed and not to the left of his chest of drawers.

It depends on the size. For example, the house used in The Cosby Show goes for twice as much.

True. You could use a scale ruler and make it fit whatever space you have, but this is really a novelty rather than an actual architectural blueprint.

If I had the cash I'd turn it into a reality. Having a beach house like Tm's guest house would be the ultimate.

Indeed!!! We can all dream!
Had a funny MAGNUM moment today. A friend was telling me about another friend of his who has moved to Hawaii and he said: "Oh and Friend X has a guest house over there". And I said, "Oh, is she renting a guest house?" and he said... wait for it....
"No, she's the "Higgins". I didn't know that my friend was into Magnum too!!!! LOL!!!
