TC house was overlooking the hills and plains, unless they had his house in more than one location? It's around the centre, north west of the island from memory.
The one in the hills is in RC's guide:

I think we need a screenshot to clear this up. I do know what you're saying though, I remember sometime between season 2-4 they showed it. Hey what was that house from did you see the sunrise?

Yes, the one from Did You See The Sunrise is the one I'm referring to and the one shown in RC's guide. Nowhere near the water, it looks down on a valley. Off to find a screenshot, though probably won't be able to post it! lol

PS This is the only time I remember them showing the exterior and location of TC's place. In other episodes such as 'The Great Hawaiian Adventure Company', they show the inside, but that's it.

We can see the house in "Paradise blues" I think.

Boy I'd love to live there, but that must cost a lot of money. More than a helicopter pilot makes I think.

TC's not just a pilot, he's an entrepreneur! Although, I'm not sure how his profits make up for what he's owed by his deadbeat pal Magnum.
Nice pad for sure. But if I lived in Hawaii, I'd be as close to the ocean a possible.

I agree about being close to the sea, but TC has the best of both worlds. His office is on a pier in the ocean and his house is on a mountain with views (and a defensive perimeter for a military man) all around.
I think I'd do it his way as well.
