Magnum Mania!

Hello all I was looking for a Hawaii 5-0 fix today as it's cold and snowing here in the north and noticed about 5 mins into "Forty feet high and it kills !" McGarrett drives into the Robin Masters Estate.

Can anyone provided any history on when the estsate was built? and how many times it was used in other TV shows besides MPI
