Va plate.........."Mag PI"................ anyone

i had to run up to Richmond, Va early Friday morning. and on my return, still early about 7:30-8:00am......think it was while i was on 295 south when i saw the license plate mentioned in the title come clipping past me. instantly thought about this site and thought i would pose the question on here. JD

i didn't really pay it much attention until it got by me a ways, that part of 295 is 4-6 lanes wide each side through there and i was pulling a small piece of equipment behind me running 65mph and was getting passed like i was tied to a tree! but it was a newer, sporty type family car i believe. JD
