Naw......I'm saving mine for the aquisition of The Anderson Estate, repairs to said property, and then blow the remainder on the annual Magnum Mania visitors to the Sandwich Islands three day grounds party complete with surf ski lessons, touch football on the lawn with extra points for landing in the flower beds, basketball, tennis and of course the end of the weekend award for the best recreation of the infamous holding a bikini clad woman in the tidal pool competition...........

While expensive, that seems suspiciously cheap for beachfront urban Hawaii.
