Thanks IH,
I have a lot of stuff I've collected over the years and most times I'm hesitant to post thinking it's been covered.
Have you seen this story about Ms. Anderson? The credit for this belongs to Dave Romas from his 1997 trip to Oahu...Rick is Rick Romer who was a set designer on MPI and now doing some shows with "Lost"
There were some kids playing in the pool with a big scrungy dog and there
were a pair of workmen repairing a piece of the fence by that small gate
where Magnum breaks into the estate in the series premiere. And there was
an older woman standing by them looking very supervisorial - and oddly
like John Hillerman from behind. Suddenly I recalled a story Rick had
told me the week before about how Eve Anderson, a world-class mountain
climber, had been used in an episode once as a stand-in for Hillerman when
they needed a shot of "Higgins" scurrying straight up the trunk of a palm
tree. They were the same size. She fit his clothes perfectly. And while
John would've had trouble getting more than a foot or so off the ground,
Eve bolted up the tree like it was nobody's business.

That is a great story Sam. I have not heard that before. Thanks for posting that. I don't recall what episode that was from either. I remember one scene from "Ms. Jones" (I think) where Higgins is up a Palm tree on the estate, pruning branches with Kenji and Magnum approaches Higgins to ask him something. Possibly to hypnotise Ms. Jones for information related to Ray's program or something like that. Or, could it have been in "Operation Silent Night," "Autumn Warrior," or "All For One." Perhaps that was a scene that didn't leave the cutting room floor? Great story though.
Don't be shy about posting stuff. Chances are if someone has already posted it before it may have been some time ago, and possibly on a different thread. So, even if it is a duplicate post, I'm sure there are many members (especially newer members) who would not have seen it yet. JMHO.

The answer is obvious, old man. Logic is irrelevant. It's simply Tropical Madness. (J.Q. Higgins)
She is younger than I expected. I imported the story below from the PBase Robin's Nest Photos site wherein someone named Matt saw her climbing up a coconut tree just last year.......

I was there yesterday and saw a person climbing a palm tree and cutting down the coconuts. I waited and waited and finally saw the woman climbing down. She saw me and i waived. She came to the back side near the beach. I asked her if she was the owner and she said yes. I said you must be mrs. anderson, ive read about you on the internet. She said it was all lies jokingly. We talked for probably 20 minutes. My cousin though she was being rude but she just didnt understand all the hype about the house. She said all it was was a backdrop and they didnt film much but the outside shots there. Everything else was filmed at the diamond head studios. I asked her how her house was picked for the show and she said they just knocked on her door one day. I also asked if she talked to anyone from the cast lately, she said she still keeps in touch but not that much. She was nice i thought and i really wanted to ask her if she needed help around there but i didnt want to step on any toes.

I totally forgot I had this picture until now, but a while back a fellow fan (a guy name Jeremy, not Matt) sent me this picture of Eve up in a palm tree trimming dead leaves (or collecting coconuts, he wasn't sure).

She's certainly a climber!
He said he talked to her for a bit at the beach gate and she was very cordial. She wouldn't let them on the estate, though.

LOL!!
I'm not really a Pro Wrestling fan, and I don't play home console games, but that really cracked me up!
It appears that short shorts and Pumas (or boat shoes) were not available as character accessories.

All three are pretty good (and different), but I like the third one the best.
