Magnum Poster

#1 Post by Baker32 »

Hey guys! I got this cool poster for Christmas and I was curious if anyone recognized any of the scenes from the show? I think the small one to the left with Magnum laying down is from when he was shot saving Michelle's life. Any other thoughts would be appreciated. Sorry I couldn't figure out how to actually post the pictures, I could only copy a link to Etsy where my wife got the poster

The bottom center image looks like the end scenes in Skin Deep when Magnum rescues Erin and is shot by Ian McShane’s character.

I agree with the one you already described. The other images seem much more generic and might be difficult to place. It does seem that the artist was using actual photos to create the collage though.

The scene where TM and the girl ran in the water to the knees is absolutly from "Skin deep".

The wounded TM scene is obviously from 'Memories are forever (2)"

The scene were TM is sprinting with Robin'Nest estate in back is from "Never again ... never again", from the 'jump leap to the boat' scene, but featuring a different background (in this episode it was a boat pontoon).

Higgins portrayal is most probably from a studio picture promotion from the same episode "Never again ... never again".

For Rick and TC, these are probably stock promotional photos.

However, mostly first and second season era.

There was that shot in Never Again when Higgins went out on the long upstairs balcony to turn on a light during the kidnapping scene. He had binoculars, I think, and that may be the source. That’s the only time they filmed at that window like opening to the left of the balcony, I think.

I just noticed the helicopter jump behind the M, also perhaps from Skin Deep. There’s quite a bit going on in that collage.

Thanks all! I used the opportunity to re-watch never again..never again and Skin deep. I believe everyone is correct, the scene from Skin Deep is a mirror of what is shown and TM wears that Blue Rugby in most of Never Again. Higgins is shown with binoculars in the same episode. Just can’t remember a scene where a Yacht blow up. Thanks all! Mike

Anyone remember an episode where a yacht blows up? The one in the poster reminds me of the one in Texas Lightning, but I don't think that one explodes, does it?
