Which Episode was this line in?
I was told that in one episode Magnum asks the question, “Do you think they’ll trade Kip”? (referring to Kip Young who was a pitcher for the Detroit Tigers at the time). I have not found this yet. Can anyone tell me if this was actually in an episode? I am guessing it would have to be Season One (Season Two at the latest). If you run across it, please let me know. Thanks!

I don’t recall him saying that, however, TM and Tanaka do have a discussion about the Steve Kemp for Chet Lemon deal. That trade occurred before the 1982 season.

I would have to watch it again to be certain but I think the episode is "TRY TO REMEMBER" Season 2. ep. 15.

Thank you both so much. I watched the episode “Try To Remember”. Mystery solved. The person who mentioned this line obviously mistook “Kemp” for “Kip”. I appreciate the feedback.
